Diversity + Inclusion

During my time at JLL, I fostered a deep commitment to the belief that each employee should feel comfortable bringing their whole self to work. A company should be fueled by its people and their individual identities. 

While at JLL, I focused my energy on the Latino Employee Resource Network (LERN) by serving as their National Communications Director. LERN is dedicated to attracting and developing top Latino talent to JLL. Take a look at some of the work I've done with LERN below.

Outside of JLL, I serve as the Communications Director for the Chicago Alumni Group of the Chancellor's Scholarship Program, a merit-based diversity program for minority students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
